1) MOUSES ESTATE
The winery is in Askri, at the entrance to the Valley of the Muses, in the same place since 1946. Today, it is a modern winery, which also includes a special reception area for visitors, which can host tastings and other events. The Musson Estate winery has stainless steel-controlled fermentation tanks with a total volume of 1000 tons, bottling systems capable of producing 4000 bottles/hour, as well as a 10-ton pre-fermentation cold extraction pre-press, which is used to extract more color and better aromas from the grapes.
2) SAMARTZIS ESTATE
The Samartzis family owns and cultivates vineyards in the communities of Askris (Mouse Valley) and Vagio, on the South-Eastern slopes of Mount Helicona, in the prefecture of Viotia. The cultivation of our vineyards is done with respect for the environment following the most modern methods of good agricultural practice. Our philosophy is to produce high quality, unique and “expressive” wines. Each of our wines has its own special identity and sums up the best possible expression of the character of the vineyard and the variety (or varieties) from which it is produced. Our main goal is the production of “terroir” wines mainly from Greek grape varieties with a strong orientation to the philosophy “one vineyard – one wine”
3) TERRA THIVA
The land of Thiva has been active in the field of vines since 1984 and bottled wine since 2004. On the slopes of Mount Sphinga, a few kilometers outside of Thebes, just outside the village of Vaya, the extremely well-tended vineyard ensures excellent quality grapes for the wines of the Theban land. In its small but modern winery, wines are produced with a passion for perfection. Result, the birth of a range of wines that were much loved.
1) ORGANIC VINEYARDS ESTATE TZIVANI
The organic wines of the Tzivanis estate are produced in the family’s sloping and low yield vineyards. They have been awarded many prizes in many world wine competitions they have participated in, worthy ambassadors of the Branded good Greek wine.
2) PETRIESSA ESTATE
At approximately 1,500 meters from the sanctuary of Avlidia Artemis, on the outskirts of the Vathi settlement, among olive and cypress trees, is our well-equipped winery with the capacity to vinify 220,000 bottles of white and red wine. In our range you will find fine white single-varietal and non-varietal wines. wines, dry and semi-dry, as well as velvety aging reds.
1 ) AVANTIS ESTATE
THE WINERY OF THE AVANTIS ESTATE IS LOCATED 4 KM. SOUTHEAST OF CHALKIDA, IN THE VILLAGE OF MYTIKAS OR AMBELIA, IN THE HEART OF THE LILANTIO FIELD.
It has state-of-the-art winemaking machinery with modern grape collection, a closed-type pneumatic press cooled to facilitate cryoextraction, a vinification and fermentation area with stainless steel tanks and winemakers with an integrated recycling program and the crème a la crème of winemakers, Ganymedes
2) LYKOS WINERY
80 km from Athens crossing the viticultural zone of Lilantio field, the Lykos winery welcomes you in Malakontas Eretrias of Evia. Third generation creators today, with respect for our wine tradition and utilization of cutting-edge technology, we continue the family’s vision, contributing to the continuous upgrading of the Euboean vineyard. The guided tour of our visited winery, the winemaking room, the underground cellars with the oak barrels and the tasting area, is a unique experience in combination with the taste suggestions of the restaurant of the same name.
1) VRINIOTIS WINERY
Our winery is in North Evia, in the village of Yaltra, just a few kilometers from Edipsos and is open for visits all year round and the view it offers is breathtaking. The tour follows a unique route through the vineyard, the old wine press, the winery premises, the underground cellar of the wooden barrels and ends at the tasting area, where the visitor can taste and purchase our wines.
2) KOUTSOGIORGAKI WINERY
Our area is referred to by Homer as Polystafyllos Istiea, which means that grape growing has been the main occupation of the inhabitants since ancient times, and this is not the only confirmation of the above. In most of the ancient coins of Istiea that have been found in excavations, the god Dionysos is depicted and the grape on the reverse.
Our wines are vinified from grapes exclusively of our own production from our privately owned 70-acre vineyards. This enables us to have control from the raw material to the final stage of bottling. We grow native varieties of North Evia that tended to disappear from the viticultural map and with persistent efforts that began before 1989, we revived them and consider it our honor that through our efforts the qualitative richness of these varieties was recognized.
1) HATZIMICHALI ESTATES S.A.
Hatzimichalis Estate is a family-run winery located in the Atalanti Valley, in Central Greece. In this place we created a unique viticultural mosaic with 2200 acres of privately owned vineyards, where international and Greek varieties are grown. The strict application of the appropriate viticulture methods ensures us in every harvest an excellent quality raw material.
2) PAUTSI ESTATE
The Winery is located at the 2nd km of the provincial road Atalantis – Livanates, in a small vineyard with Merlot and Malagouzia. It has a capacity of 30 tons with areas for receiving, vinifying, and storing the wines. It can be visited by appointment. The visitor can walk and get to know the vineyard, learn about the winemaking practices applied, participate in a tasting and purchase wines at wholesale prices.
1) LA TOUR MELAS
Kyros Melas’ beautiful winery is clearly inspired by French estates, just like his wines. After all, this venture started from a bet by the cosmopolitan owner: could a good Bordeaux be made in Greece? And La Tour Melas was born, an excellent wine by Bordeaux standards (Merlot and Cabernet Franc), small production.
1) PARNASSO VINEYARDS – ARGYRIOY WINERY
The winery is located within the settlement of Polydrossos and is surrounded by a small vineyard. In 2011, the space was expanded to accommodate the new increased production and so now the winery is divided into two sections. The first section includes the winemaking equipment, i.e., the stainless-steel refrigerated tanks for the vinification of white and red wines, as well as the press and other machinery necessary for the production process. The second section houses the bottling line, where the oak barrels for the aging of the wines are also found. For visitors – wine lovers, in 2009 a model wine tourism unit was created in Polydrosos, which is operated by members of the Argyriou family and gives the excursionists the opportunity to taste the variety of the estate’s wines in the specially designed area (cellar), and on the other hand to stay in Polydrosos enjoying the local cuisine, as well as the various activities that the area offers.
